I was disappointed by this commentary in many ways. I was looking for some literary criticism that would address some of the assertions posited by Seth himself in his text regarding the place of the novel in history, the state of the Anglo-Indian novel, and the abilities of the author himself. I recommend reading Seth's wiki page over the purchase of this volume.
