   I ordered this book on the recommendation of someone on our local homeschool chat forum. WOW! What a great book! My 8 year old has not put it down since it arrived. It went in the car with us, to the store, even to a meal at a restaurant, bed time you name it. He found the information very interesting and kept finding things we NEED to see on a family vacation. I think the illustrations are fun and the author chose a variety of facts to share that interested all members of our family.

   Well written and informative but a little too busy for my 6 year-old granddaughter even though she has been reading since she was 4 years old, she cannot seem to get into it yet.

   What a wonderful way for anyone to learn America’s geography! Delightful trip through the states with pertinent information about each state. Beautifully illustrated and very cleverly written. A real prize.
