   My recent order was botched. I ordered a best seller for a sick friend bedded down. This order was placed Sept. 29 and never received. It was put out for sale to another company that did not comply. Sadly, they never sent the item.

   Amazon gave a shipping date until Oct. 22 for receipt. It never was shippped. I ordered this from Books A Million and it was received in a week.

   After ordering many books over the years with Amazon.com, I will now use Books A Million. To keep customers, you have to treat them right. I could not call you as there is no telephone listed, and e-mails were just disregarded. That’s no way to run a business and I will tell my friends to forget Amazon.
